Earning an All-Star honor is one of the best things that an NBA star can experience.

Last season, two members of the New York Knicks were All-Stars, but that number could grow in the 2025-26 season.

Writing for NBA.com, Steve Aschburner predicted that OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges could be All-Stars, but only if they find ways to make an impact with Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns shining so brightly.

“These were the other two nominees from last year’s list who didn’t make it to All-Star Sunday. There are spots in the East to be had, with Boston’s Jayson Tatum, Indiana’s Tyrese Haliburton and Damian Lillard, an All-Star with Milwaukee last year, all absent this season. The trick for both two-way Knicks is to shine enough behind Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns, then not split consideration with each other,” Aschburner wrote.

Anunoby just finished his first full season with the Knicks, averaging 18.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists on 47.6 percent from the field and 37.2 percent from beyond the three-point line.

As for Bridges, he produced 17.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists during his first year with the Knicks.

Both stars delivered a lot for New York, especially during the playoffs, and they hope this is just the beginning of a long and fruitful run with the team.

They could be in contention for spots in the All-Star Game, but they will have to find a way to gain attention when so much of it is going to Brunson and Towns.

Those two were All-Stars last year, and they have a great shot of returning.

It’s not often that a team has four players called to All-Star Weekend, but the Knicks aren’t a normal team.

They have been consistently getting better and could have their greatest season in years.

If the Knicks become the best team in the East in 2025-26, their players could be all over the All-Star Game.
